Why do I need an account?
It will give you access to unrestricted version of Insurance Management System (IMS) for commercial use and testing purposes.
Your ideas can be easily tested on our fully functioning demo systems filled with sample data. That will allow you to quickly see how various parts of the software work.
You will also have access to clean unrestricted version of the system for commercial use or thorough testing on your own data. Make a trial run or keep working from there. We will make best effort to keep you data alive.
In addition there is a full set of manuals available for download.

How do I create an account?
1. Just click on the link "InsuranceSoft" on the SmartStone Inc. website or just go there directly: www.insurancesoft.com.
2. Once there, click on the "Register" button.
If you already have an account just put your company name, user and password.
3. On the account creation page please enter required data and click "Register".
The registration process is very simple. Software needs to know some information to create an account for you. Company Admin will be a name allowed to modify everything. Company name is fully qualified name of your company, Company Name Abbreviated is just a short word which will save you from typing entire company name once you return to login page. First, Last Names, Address and phone is just a standard procedure not necessary if you want to remain incognito. Email on the other hand is required, so we can send you access password, once account will be created.
Obviously you don’t want to give all employees full access to your information. For that reason we have provided Employee username and password. You can safely allow your users login with this employee account and not worry about their typing mistakes. At the end we ask you to enter couple of letters just to make sure that you are an honest human being not a malware trying to overload our servers.
Almost everything entered here can be modified later once you will get your account password.
4. Here is an example for your how that page could be filled out.
5. After all data was correctly entered confirmation page lets you know that registration was successful and you should wait for emails to arrive.
6. First email you will receive will greet you, remind what your user account is and provide you with the new password.
You will be asked to change your administrative password during your first login.
At this point your database is still being created. It is usually takes little longer. Please wait for another email before going back to InsuranceSoft.
7. Here is an example of final email notifying you that your database is ready. Please login frequently. If you won't we will have to remove your account to free up resources and allow other people access the server.
Not to worry, it will take minimum 60 days to do that! If after 60 days you will not login to the system you are probably not interested in it. And that, dear customer, will be real bummer for us.
8. After successful login you can see our main screen from which you can control your Insurance Management System applications.
Just put a checkmark that you are accepting service agreement and you can try if your ideas will find good match in our software. If they will not, do not give up! Just email us. We will include your requirement in next release. You can also contact us for custom solution. Email is as always the best way for that.
Please do not overlook discreet menu on the top where you have some simple administrative functions waiting for your input.
